What is metered
Each of these costs Tern money per unit, so each has a monthly cap. Everything else is unlimited.

At 80 percent of a cap
You get a soft warning by email and in the app, with the reset date, so nothing catches you out.
When a cap is reached
A hard stop, never overage. Templates fall back to the next step in the playbook, such as a call task. AI analyses queue until the cycle resets. A banner in the workspace shows the reset date.
Need more
More than 5 seats or regularly past a cap means Enterprise. Write to sales@fastflowup.com and we will size it with you.
Questions
- Does the trial need a card?
- Yes. You will not be charged until the 14 days end. You can cancel from the billing page at any time before then.
- Do calls count against anything?
- No. Calls run through your own Zoom Phone licences, so Tern only captures the recording and transcript. Recording, transcription and playback are unlimited.
- What happens to WhatsApp messages?
- Replies inside the 24 hour customer service window are unlimited. Only template messages sent outside that window are metered, at 150 per month. A marketing template counts as four utility templates.
- Is there a per seat price?
- No. The plan covers up to 5 seats. Larger teams are handled under Enterprise.
- Can I turn off AI processing?
- Yes. AI processing is an organisation level setting. With it off, Tern still captures everything and uses rules rather than a model to score leads.
- Which currency am I billed in?
- USD. GST may apply for Australian customers and is shown at checkout.
