Built in Australia by FastFlowUp.
FastFlowUp builds software for teams whose work runs on conversations: migration agents, training organisations, education and service businesses. Tern is the sales side of that work.
Australia first, WhatsApp and phone first
The teams FastFlowUp works with do not sell by email. A migration enquiry arrives on WhatsApp, turns into a call, comes back as an Instagram message and ends with a signed agreement three weeks later. A CRM built around email and a pipeline board records almost none of it.
Tern started as the sales layer beside ImmiIQ, the FastFlowUp case management product for migration agents, where the cost of a lost follow up is a client who goes elsewhere. It is built for high volume, conversation heavy teams in Australia first, with data stored in Australia and Singapore.
The product is web only today and audited at phone width so an agent can work the call list from a phone. Enterprise conversations start at sales@fastflowup.com.
One customer, one contract, four products
Each FastFlowUp product speaks the same connector contract: org scoped keys, signed webhooks and a versioned event catalogue. Tern gets data a standalone CRM never has.

How we build
Destination fixed, route adaptive
A lead has an outcome and a deadline. The route toward it changes when a step fails. That is the whole product in one line.
Zero manual logging
If a person has to type it after the fact, it will not be typed. Capture is the first pillar for that reason.
Persistence with guards
Attempt caps, quiet hours and opt outs live in the engine, not in a prompt. A model can suggest. It cannot override policy.
No vendor names in the product
An agent sees WhatsApp and call, never the name of the provider behind them. The site follows the same rule.
