01Is the app included?
Yes. Everyone on a Tern workspace can use it at no extra cost.
02Which phones?
Android 10 or later today. iPhone (iOS 15 or later) is coming soon.
03Does it read WhatsApp or my calls on the phone?
No. Calls go through your phone's dialler and WhatsApp opens in WhatsApp. Tern reads WhatsApp only through Tern Bridge on the desktop.
04Can I reply from the app?
You read threads in Tern and reply in the channel's own app, so every message is sent by a person.
05How do I sign in?
With the email your workspace invited. Tern sends a sign-in link, so there is no password.
